Planning permission
Chescoe is on hand to offer clients expert and proactive planning regulations advice. Starting from your first brief and through the design stage we can help to ensure your plans are met with approval.

Chescoe can act as your agent in all planning matters. Acting on your instructions, we can represent you at all planning meetings with The States of Guernsey planning officers and help to negotiate the best outcome for you and your design aspirations, helping to save you time and money.

Conservation and design
Before embarking on any work on either a protected building or any building in a conservation area, you must apply for planning permission. Information can be sourced from The States of Guernsey website.

Chescoe can represent domestic and commercial clients at all conservation and design meetings with The States of Guernsey conservation and design officers and help you to improve your property whilst protecting and recording the historic fabric of the buildings.

We can provide written statements of significance to support your application for this purpose and we have established working relationships with key personnel in this area.
